MDS Academy is being run by Hari Mohan Shiksha Samiti under the guidance of Shreeman Hari Prasad Baliwal . Academy focuses on imparting good ethical values and providing quality education . The comprehensive development of students's personality and cultivation of academic excellence are prime aim of institution.
College has smart classrooms , playgrounds, skill training center , playgrounds and career counseling center for placement. For meritorious students financial aids and grants are being provided by Hari Mohan Shiksha Samiti.

" योगः कर्मसु कौशलम् " (Excellence in Karma is Yoga) [Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verse 50 ]
This verse advices us to perform our allocated duty in an excellent manner. Kaushalam signifies doing work with devotion and without attachment i.e. without becoming a workaholic.
